Sophie is one of the most empathetic, passionate, strong-willed and smartest people I know. Which is why when I reached out to her when I decided to start my fitness journey. She teaches you that your nutrition and fitness is not a short-term goal, but a lifestyle change, and shows you different ways to continue to make it fun for you so you don’t give up on yourself. I have lost 25kgs in 6 months since I started my training with Sophie, in our first session I couldn’t even do one full push up and now I can do 20 an can now bench press 30kgs. I dreaded going to the gym by myself but now have the confidence to walk in, own it and know that I have the proper technique on all the machines. And that’s because it’s not just your physical health that improves when you train with Sophie, it’s also your mental health. I have become an all-over better person, and Sophie has played a huge part in that. This is not just Sophie’s job, it’s her passion, when you train with her you know that she genuinely cares about you and helps you in every way she can to achieve your goals, no matter how big or small. I cannot recommend her and her programs enough.
